Plan limits
Concurrent channels are plan-level operational limits enforced by the dashboard and server. Guide logins are unlimited. Passengers above the included cap and extra live translated languages may be billed as usage add-ons.
Billing
Fixed plans include translation hours. After translation hours are used, translation continues at the fixed usage rate plus language and passenger add-ons.
Formal agreements
Customer-specific legal terms, service levels, and procurement requirements should be confirmed during the demo and onboarding process.
